Unfortunately my car broke down, but emerald valley towing was awesome in helping me get it home. Never had a tow before but Jeffrey was kind and courteous and even parked my car in my driveway. 10/10 great service, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

The state police call this business , State Farm does, & I see why. Driver made a scary experience go smooth . Driver was so personable & took extra time to tell me about the auto place I was going to , and he jump started my car , & all this made me feel safe. Truck broke down right as I got back into Eugene from a job in Florence, Emerald Valley Towing was the tow company called through my insurance's roadside assistance. They got there a little sooner than expected, got me home, and my driver managed to get my old F-150 cleanly into my driveway from a busy road. Great service, quick tow, and zero issues!

Great service from Emerald Valley Towing! Didn’t need a tow but someone turned to soon in hospital parking garage and the fender well was over my bumper. They couldn’t get the tow truck in the parking garage so the driver carried up some cool tools and got our vehicles separated. Good response time, friendly service and went above and beyond!
