My husband and I were stuck on the side of I 5 freeway. Our car stopped running I called our insurance towing company and get a tow truck. They sent Emerald Vally towing. I told the tow truck driver I was on oxygen, and didn’t want to run out. They arrived in time for me to still have oxygen to get home.

Brandon was a tow truck driver today. I was very impressed at his ability to explain to me how to fix my car. He also did so without being condescending. I felt like I got a lot more help than he owed me. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend using emerald towing in the future.
