The Roadside emergency service dispatcher, Amber did a great job of keeping me informed with the communication with the tow truck operator and the tow truck Arrive 45 minutes ahead of their scheduled time. Devon was very congenial and polite in my time of crisis and quickly secured the vehicle and gave me a cooly comfortable and safe ride to the automotive shop of choice.

I was involved in a pretty serious car accident yesterday, and after my insurance called Emerald Valley Towing, Brandon showed up in under 10 minutes. I was still pretty shaken up, and his calm attitude and genuine concern really helped in that moment. He was professional, kind, and just an all-around great guy during a really stressful situation. You can tell he actually cares about the people he’s helping, not just getting the job done as fast as possible. My car had ended up on a neighbor’s property, and the neighbor was understandably worried about her sprinklers getting damaged during the tow. Brandon took the extra time and care to avoid them completely, which honestly says a lot about the kind of person he is. He was thoughtful and respectful to everyone involved. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly he responded and for the way he handled everything from start to finish. Emerald Valley Towing is lucky to have someone like Brandon on their team. Thanks again, Brandon — really appreciate everything you did for me.

I wish I could remember the tow truck drivers name but he was very very helpful and very very nice and let us know what could possibly be wrong with our van. He had great suggestions. E.V. Towing was responsive and friendly, the dispatcher and driver were great. Through my insurance company, they initiated a tow in the late afternoon which I ultimately was forced to cancel. They called to apologize that it would have taken so long and I told them that I would try again in the a.m. When I called, the driver Mike was in the area and arrived in about 10 minutes. Their reputation obviously matters to them 😀
