I had a great experience at Edwards Ford when purchasing my new-to-me 2017 Subaru Outback. . The sales staff were very personable and friendly. There was no pushy sales pitch or feelings of sales gimmicks. They treated me as if they had known me for years. I highly recommend them if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle.

David Langston is the BEST from the moment we walked in, he was Great he Listed to our needs and delivered the perfect vehicle for us, to the door. Made sure our two young daughters were happy as well, gave them snacks and drinks. I’m sure they do that for all customers but made Tristen & Teagan feel special just the same. Great experience would buy here again! Most hassle free purchase ever made! Thanks again David.

Thank you to Barry and Tim of Edwards Ford for saving us from Hyundai of Greer. After our terrible experience with them we went out to Edwards Ford and found a new Ford Explore for a better deal and a much better sales experience. We were not rushed and not pushed into buying a warranty but we did anyway because we came out on top with a warranty. We were going to get robbed by Hyundai with a poor trade in value of $800 when KBB said that it was much more, Tim from Edwards Ford came with a much better trade in value. If you are looking for a family owned and run type business where you feel welcome, come to Walhalla to Edwards Ford, I don't think you will regret it. Their lose was y’all’s gain and it is a pleasure doing business with yall. We will be back for future business. God Bless

I took my car here to have it worked done and they did a very good job! I wish it could of been done a little faster but with the climate of society I understand it’s hard to get a full staff

After scheduling service for a service bulletin for timing chain replacement, I was told they had to wait on parts...pretty available parts, so I was a little taken aback, then got parts and said it would be Wednesday Thursday or Friday...made me less comfortable...then on Friday they said parts had just arrived and they would try to get it done...still not done Monday with same parts just arrived story. Felt I could no longer trust their work and picked up my car with a $150 charge to restock parts and diagnostics.. Update: after a couple of calls from Mr. Edwards, we agreed to try again and rescheduled the work a couple of weeks out. My initial review was two stars, but I am happy with the service I received the second time and increased it to 4 stars. 2nd Update: (2022) took F150 in for oil change and engine diagnostics. Happy with service.

Had another good experience and Lee, as usual, took excellent care of me. Have had on going problems with my GPS and it’s been worked on several times. I’ve only been charged once initially for replacement of the module and have not been charged again. I appreciate that very much.

2014 mustang intermittent starting then wouldn’t start. Three times in service twice with Edwards ford. Over a years time. Edwards provided a courtesy car and fixed mustang
