I was very pleased with my service. My only suggestion is that when your vehicle isn't going to be finished on that day they notify you a little sooner than close of day so you have a little more time to make arrangements. Other than that they do a great job

I am blown away by the experience I had with Edwards Ford today! I sent a text message inquiring about the truck at 10:15am and by 2:50pm the truck was sitting in my driveway. I didn’t even have to leave my house! The team at Edwards Ford did all of my paperwork online and two gentlemen delivered the car to our house over an hour away from the dealership. We will be returning for truck purchases in the future for our business!

Edwards , did a good job on my truck but it was much slower on my oil change . I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours longest every. I’m sure it was a labor problem as always. I’ll definitely be back maybe better next time.

David Langston is the BEST from the moment we walked in, he was Great he Listed to our needs and delivered the perfect vehicle for us, to the door. David made sure our two young daughters were happy as well, gave them snacks and drinks. I’m sure they do that for all customers but made Tristen & Teagan feel special just the same. The great staff assisted me with finding the vehicle I was comfortable with at a price I was comfortable with, financing was easy and very reasonable, Danny, Jean, and Joe were awesome to work with from start of conversation thru driving off of the lot. Great service! Took my car in for a battery problem. They replaced my battery which fixed the problem. Also rotated my tires and took care of recall item. I liked that they checked for more then just the battery problem. I appreciated the convenience of after hours drop off and pickup.
