Had to get my first service a few days ago on my 2022 F-350 Super Duty. After a little misunderstanding about some work, these guys worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the outcome and I was. Did not take too long for the oil change and service to be done as well. My next service appointment will be done by these folks.

Everyone I dealt with at Edwards Ford was friendly and pleasant. My appointment was for a recall notice for my 2018 Ford Edge. They took me in on time and I was able to get an oil and filter change etc. added to the visit. The service was accomplished in a very timely manner which was great since i was waiting instead of doing a drop off. Communication with the agents was very pleasant and to the point. It was a good experience.

Ordered and received the Works package for my 2013 Ford F150. A thorough inspection was completed. I appreciated the heads up on my battery running low. Service was excellent and professional. Took about an hour as expected. I will definitely be taking my vehicle and others back there for service.
