This is a great company, with great technicians!! Our technician, was Daniel and he provided us with exceptional service. They stand behind their repairs We had a repair done on a Wednesday and the next day we occurred another problem . It was imperative that we get our door fixed as we had potential buyers coming the next day. Daniel made another emergency trip to repair the problem. It was amazing that a company like DCD cares enough to take of its customers, and make sure that your repairs are done right and in such a timely manner. Thank you DCD. From the quoting process through actual installation, service was exceptional. Our technician Joe was awesome. He arrived on time, explained everything that was required for our job and provided pricing upfront. The cost of services were reasonable and it took him no time to get our garage door opener installed and operational. Joe took time to explain everything to us about our new opener and make sure we understood services warranty information. Jimmy came to repair our garage door. He was great and gave us excellent advice an up front pricing. We replaced our motor and rollers and adjusted springs. The garage door is super quiet now! I would only use discount garage!!!

Jayden showed up in time and very professional. I needed a logic board due to a power surge. He didn’t have one on board his work truck, but came back the next day as promised and on time with a new one and installed it. I like the idea that they keep you informed and show up within the time frame quoted. Jayden is an asset to his company.
