I had work done. Bryan was able to quickly diagnose. My garage door set up was broken and he was able to quickly resolve my issue.

I called DGD when my garage door was intermittently working. I spoke with Lindsay who scheduled my service. She was very polite and even called me a couple of times when they had openings in their schedules. Brandon, the service technician came out and explained that intermittent issues are sometimes hard to diagnose because the garage door opener works and then abruptly stops. He spent time to analyze and resolve the issue and got the opener working. It has been operating smoothly since. In addition, he gave me options with prices to replace the opener if needed in the future. I never felt pressured into a sale, nor did he ever insist that I needed a new opener, but I was glad to be given options. I highly recommend DGD.

Sometimes the word discount in a business can mean less than quality work and service. This is not the case with Discount Garage Door. While trying to reset our garage door opener we inadvertently messed up the whole thing! To top it off, this was on a Saturday. Daniel arrived in less than twenty minutes. He reset the hand held, the car, and the keypad in no time. He also lubricated the garage door and showed us how to maintain it. He was kind, courteous, and did more than expected at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend using DGD and Daniel.

Daniel was running ahead of schedule so he called and asked if he could come early. He did the inspection and made some suggestions. He did the tuneup and Installed the keypad. I’m very happy and I’m sure my neighbors are very happy that my door is very quiet now instead of a squeaky groaning door.

Brandon was super. He came to a totally destroyed garage door and was able to get the damaged door down to protect my home. He arrived on time and quickly to my need for help. The price for a replacement was written up. He did not charge me for the callout to a very difficult situation. Brandon was awesome. When you need service try to request Brandon.
