He was wonderful- explained everything, gave us a breakdown prior to starting the work and did a great job. He was courteous, efficient and very well versed. Great company- great service!

Googlel have a Ro Mac MVP opener. The trolley assembly wore thru and needed to be replaced. Well, DGD can't get parts. But Randy from DGD said he had two MVP openers that were removed and they had the needed part. DGD fixed my opener!

He was terrific and what I really appreciated was his honesty. He knew that I knew NOTHING about the door or anything else about it. He could have taken advantage of that but he did not. He did a superb job and I am so happy with the ease I now have to get in and out of my garage . Thank you Bryon, and thank you to DGD for being a great business in our area .

GoogleCalled DGD to get quote on replacement garage door opener. Took a couple of weeks to schedule a Tech-Jimmie as they are so good, they are busy. He immediately diagnosed a bad circuit board and promply led me through an estimate with several options. I told him I needed a bit of time to think through his suggestions and he indicated it was no problem. Next day I called the office and Anna was very accommodating. I made one change to the estimate and price and she took my order including a 10% discount and indicated sales tax was included in the price. Pleasant surprise. She did indicate Jimmy was booked solid for next 2 weeks but if an opening comes up, he will install my new opener then. This is second time I have dealt with DGD and I feel confident with their friendliness and professionalism. Their prices are fair for excellent quality products.

My 22 year old opener finally died… Daniel from DGD replaced the opener with a new one in just over an hour. The new opener is so quiet I have to keep looking to make sure it’s working! FacebookThe garage door opener turned out great. But when I needed a new remote garage door opener, he wanted to charge me $175 plus an hour labor. Seems to me you charged me enough for the garage door opener ($800) that a remote opener for the side of my garage should have been included. If I known that it wasn’t included, I probably would have bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and had my son install it.
