We bought our new garage doors a few years ago from DGD. Very happy with the installation. Recently, we had a small issue with the doors not closing from the remote. DGD came out and fixed the minor problem…no charge. What a great experience working with DGD has been! We’re very happy we chose them!!!

I called DGD for emergency service when one of the springs on my garage door broke trapping the car inside. I received the most excellent service, far beyond my expectations. The office personnel (Kelsey & Ariel) were pleasant and professional and gave me very precise information on what to expect as far as arrival time and pricing. Jimmy arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. I received a 5 year warranty as well. This will most definitely be the vendor I call if I have any more garage door issues.

Randy was a pleasure to work with , he showed up on time and worked around 2 other tradesman that were working on our pool. Randy explained everything to me , and didn’t rush . DGM is one of the few contractors I am happy with, I recommend them for ALL your garage door needs 👍

I called a few garage door companies and got different answers to my problem of a bad ubrace. One was replace the door at a very high cost. The other never returned my call and the third which was Discount Garage Door or DGD. I called the office, the woman who answered setup an appointment texted and called to confirm my appointment. Brandon the tech came out figured a quote and came back the next day and replaced my ubrace as well as tuned up both my garage doors. He did all this for a few hundred dollars. Not thousands of dollars, as a new door would have cost that company one recommended. I can’t say enough about the service I received from DGD. From the office staff to the tech Brandon. It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there you can trust. Brandon was great to deal with and very professional. I told him if I have anymore garage door issues I will be calling DGD and asking them to send out Brandon. I’m not a person that normally fills out reviews but I this case I think people need to know that this company is a good and honest option.

DGD was called because of an issue with closing the garage doors. Jaden was the technician who came to our rescue. He immediately diagnosed the problem (misaligned sensors) and presented options. We chose the option to replace the opener (not the cheapest) and within about an hour and a half we had a perfectly functioning and quiet solution.
