Several years ago I had DGD hurricane proof my existing garage door. This time I had to replace my opener. Joe and Chris arrived on time and within an hour I was all set. A first class operation.

Excellent and professional service. Tech came out within a couple day (we were not in urgent need), he pointed out needs, explained and quoted. Most of which I already knew, so I felt comfortable with his recommendations. The quote was reasonable and the job was completed that day. I’m very pleased with the work and the cleanup after. My garage door made such loud noises opening & closing the entire neighborhood new it was me! It was pretty old, I called for an appointment & was told the day, time they would be at my house & the name of the technician as well. The day of the appointment he called to let me know where & how far away he was from my house. I didn’t need a new door, but would have loved to get one, I needed new parts. They explained everything, gave me (3) options, I went with the LINEAR Smart Wi-Fi All work was completed the same day, I didn’t have to wait. I love technology & this is so easy to connect-LOVE IT! The technicians were Joe & Chris, very professional, clean & not pushy. I highly recommend DGD (Discount Garage Doors INC) Oh & my neighbors don’t here me coming & going anymore! Thanks!!!!

Their call staff is very efficient. They call day before and schedule arrival window for work to be completed next day. We ordered new door and opener. We were told in March that door will arrive in June. Then garage door opener broke. They came and replaced opener for us now because the door arrives in August!!!! That was too long to be without opener. Service technician was there on time. The young man was very knowledgeable and courteous. He installed new opener and programmed my vehicle remote too. If DGD has more employees like this one then they have my vote. We will see how the garage door install goes in August. Kudos to my technician!!!

Minor issue with the outside keypad. Technician was friendly and quick to resolve problem. He also took the time to show me how to spray the hinges on the garage door for maintenance upkeep. Would recommend them👍

Mike came on Saturday (his day off) to repair and change out our broken garage door spring. He was professional and very knowledgeable and pointed out our garage door should have ALWAYS had 2 springs, therefore the reason we've replaced 3 in twenty years.
