Our garage door was knocked off the track by a vehicle. Discount got a tech out there same day, got it back on track and did additional work, 2 springs, new track wheels and got it all working quickly. Thank you for finding someone to back fill the tech that had a fam emergency

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. I had 2 broken springs on my garage door and I couldn't open the door. I called at 945 am. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant They were able to send a tech out the same day. The repairs cost more than I thought they would but then again i had no idea what to expect. The tech was very courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend Discount Garage Door

I called Discount Garage Doors on a Saturday afternoon when my car was trapped in my garage. The door would not even open manually. Most places have a recording that answers, so I was very happen when a person answered my call. She sent Daniel and Hunter out and they were here within the hour. Gave me options on what I needed and had everything working in about an hour. The door works smoothly and no problems. I would highly recommend this company. Jan

A torsion spring just broke without warning. A friend recommended that I call DGD. I called them at 3pm Friday afternoon and they were here by 6pm. He was able to replace the spring and check the safety of the door in about an hour. What a relief! I am so grateful.

Bryan was very helpful and very knowledgeable gave us a great garage door 101 course. Did a free tuneup for us and instructed us on how to maintain it ourselves. Will use them again in the future

My door had ceased to work. The technician offered 2 solutions. Save money now by repairing a system over 20 years old (normal lifespan 15 years) or replace with something better with a guarantee? Seemed like a no brainer to me. No pressure and my decision

Chris did an EXCELLENT job overall fixing our garage door! He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our garage door was secure. He took extra time explaining in detail what was wrong and gave us hints and tips on how to prolong the ‘life’ of our garage door, which we’ve never heard of from others who’ve worked on it in the past. His honesty and care for doing the right thing sold me on wanting to work with him on a maintenance plan in the future, and I’ve already recommended him to a neighbor!! Service men like him are hard to come by, and I hope this review will help others who value an honest person with integrity! It was worth every penny!

The Service Technician was on-time, professional and couteous. He presented me with 3 options for preventative maintenance and completed the work in about a hour and a half. My only criticisim is that they could not give me a timeframe that the technician would be by until the day before. This made planning difficult.

Professional & knowledgeable repairman who showed me the worn motor and missing teeth that were causing the garage door to malfunction. Joe provided a price to repair and replace the part vs replacing the motor with 2 new remotes. I opted to replace the motor as the motor I had was a 2006 Genie garage door opener. He replaced the motor, both remotes and outdoor key pad n a timely manner. He showed me features of the new wall remote system and waited until. Put in the external security code of my choosing. Joe explained warranty options and answered my questions regarding transferability of the warranty if I sold my home. The only thing I wish would have been done differently was to provide an explanation of good, better and best options. A new motor he recommended was quoted and installed as I agreed to it. However, I didn’t see the good, better and best pricing until I signed the repair slip. I would have preferred to have discusses different models and the pricing options as I may have chosen a less expensive motor. Overall it was a professional and positive experience.

Tech called 10 minutes out from the house and arrived on time; evaluated the door opener issue that was incorrectly installed by the builder and gave a fair estimate to fix…after an hour the problem was resolved and door opener was working properly as it should have been from the get go..good job by Discount Garage Doors. I applaud their display of professionalism & they communicate very well. I recommend their services.

Couldn't be more satisfied. Tech Brandon was awesome. Got here late evening and we expected to get an estimate for repairs and then have to schedule an appointment to do the repairs but he gave us the estimate and did the work right then. First rate business
