I called with what I thought was a problem with my door. Hunter arrived and assessed the door was ok and that the jerking was normal due to type of motor and don’t worry about it. He did the service and let me know I had a quality door and should be good for years to come. As a retired mechanic it was good to meet someone that is honest and straight forward. If I do have issues in the future I would not hesitate to call on them again.

I am thoroughly impressed with DGD. They were punctual, explanatory and worked in a timely manner. My door was broken and original from 1988. They brought it fully up to code, explained what does what and why, and programmed my vehicle, extra remote and outside door panel. I priced their recommendations and the closet was $300 more. I am grateful for the recommendation I received to call them and the work they did. Thank you DGD for amazing work!!

Once they stuck to a schedule they were in and out in 15 minutes (canceled once time change twice) But no detailed instructions to set key pad code if I needed to change it

Jaden and Chris were awesome. Professional and exemplified excellent customer service. They fixed our garage and even offered to program my new car with the new garage code. I won’t hesitate to call them again. They are highly recommended if need garage door service.

Replaced both springs and the Center bearing. Very personable technician, and FAST! Only took about an hour. Even took the broken parts away for disposal. Will definitely use DGD again should the need arise!

My garage door had one of the springs break. They came out the same day and fixed it for me. They showed me three options which all had a warranty with it. Technicians did an excellent job when our 40+ year old garage door finally died. They attempted to repair it, but it was time for a new unit. The techs gave us several options, and had our new unit in within a few minutes. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend them.

My experience with DGG had been a good one from the beginning. The employees who confirm appointments & arrival times are polite and courteous. Travis, the door specialist, explained the garage screen doors in detail & answered any questions we had. He also kept me updated on his arrival time & was very prompt. Brandon, the technician in our area, was the best. The CSR & Brandon kept me updated as to his arrival. He explained In detail what needed to be done to repair our garage door, explained what to do in the future if this or that happened, completely two task we asked for nice & neat. He also programmed my car to the garage door which will be so convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Discount Garage Doors.

DGD worked with me to meet my schedule to replace my garage door that had died of old age, their technician arrived when scheduled and did an excellent installation. Even the post install clean up was done very well. Recommend them as a first rate vendor!
