Tyler Finley serviced our garage door. The door is about 5 years old and the bottom rollers popped off the track. He replaced the rollers with a better quality roller, now the door is more secure and quieter than it was. He was professional and efficient.

I notified DGD by computer early in morning. The very nice and lady in the office got back with me within a few hours after opening and set up appt, for that day. She called twice though the day to let me know when they thought the tech would be here.Very informative. Anthony called about twenty minutes before arriving. When he got here he was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and done the work. Did not have to wait for 2 appt. One for price and one for service. And he did clean up all his mess. Left area just like it was when he got there. Very good company office and tech. Could not ask for better service. Thanks DGD PS I know the price was good because I had same work by another company several months ago on my other door

My husband and I reached out to DGD twice and could not be happier. First we meet Raymond who installed our garage door openers. Raymond was friendly and respectful of our situation when I mentioned needing a screen for the garage doors, Raymond informed me that DGD could assist us with this as well. Called office made appointment - today we meant Ford a courteous and knowledgeable sales man. Xavier was wonderful ! The spring on our garage broke yesterday, we called at 9.50 am and he was here by 2.10pm. Explained well the possible future repairs that maybe needed and replaced the immediate issue of both springs ! He was very professional and knew his stuff ! Job well done ! I called the company on Saturday afternoon, they scheduled me on spot for Monday and they were following up the technician visit through texts , the technician Michael came on time , took his time to explain the issues, gave me estimates fir labor and spare parts , and By the way ( No diagnosis fees like other companies on internet) . We agreed on the work, Michael replaced the springs and a bearing and finished the job in less than an hour , great company and great technician.thats the company I would hire again for any future issues 👍

We had an urgent repair need and called DGD Garage Doors. A technician was nearby and was dispatched to our home shortly after. Technician Jimmy K quickly assessed and made the repairs. He had replacement parts on the truck so their was no waiting. We found Jimmy to be knowledgeable, a good listener, patient, and skilled in his profession. I deducted a star because the company website does the opposite of what it promotes. The home page says "Get a Free Estimate". It also says "Never a Service Call Charge". My invoice showed that I was charged a $50 trip charge plus the labor fee. I called the Brooksville office. Trinity stated that the trip charge is their policy. When asked to reconcile this policy against the website, I was also told that the "Never a Service Call Charge" is related to the Free Estimate claim. If a customer rejects the estimate, the visit is free. If the customer accepts the estimate, both a service call fee and labor fee are charged. This is clearly a contradiction and demonstrates a lack of transparency. The company needs to correct their website and I have asked the office to do so. They should restate their offering to "Service Call Charge applies to all completed jobs."
