Your service rep, Xavier, was the best. He explained what needed to be done to fix our garage door and within 45 minutes had our problems repaired. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I hope if we need service again he will be the repairman we get.

My car was stuck in my garage when the door came off the track and DGD sent someone out within 2 hours! Bryon was prompt, very knowledgeable and great at communicating all my options - from cheapest (fix main problem) but also two other options to keep the door strong and in good shape for much longer. I am very happy with the service and the 10 year warranty.

Anthony did a great job answering all my questions regarding my newly acquired garage, from the garage door opener to the mechanism to engage the opener during a power outage. He replaced the keypad and programmed a new remote in short order. He also followed up with several estimates for future consideration. I will use DGD in the future and request Anthony!

Raymond is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained things I would have never known about garage doors. The best part is the price is very competitive; he fixed the garage door and stopped squeezing and noisy sound. If there's such thing as 6 stars, i would have gave it to him. I highly recommend them to other customers.
