Great experience. Had a SERIOUS malfunction due to a spring manufacture defect. Matt Davis analyzed the possible causes; then he talked through the various remedies using analogies, where necessary, to keep the cause/solution details in readily understandable, plain language. The fix took quite a while, but, he left us feeing confident the situation was fully resolved. Kudos for a job well done.

First of all let me say how prompt and courteous Bryon was when he arrived exactly when he informed me he would. He was very professional upon arrival and gave me prices on 3 stages of repair that he could perform and prices on all. After choosing which repair, Bryon proceeded to comence repairs and was finished in no time. This is the second time that I have used DGD and will use them again if ever needed. Can't say enough goog things about this company. I would recommend DGD to friends and family without hesitation.

4 hours agoNEW The receptionist who answered the phone gave me an appointment in a 3 hour block. I explained I didn't want to take off from work until absolutely necessary and if possible be given a call 30 minutes before heading to my house. She put a note in my file. Just as requested, the technician Ray called me and said he was 30 minutes out. He got to my house only moments before I arrived and- it was perfect. He knew immediately walking into my garage that it was the spring. He was extremely informative, professional, and easy to speak with. He explained the parts, procedure, and pricing. He was diligent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much Ray and DGD for a job well done.

I had a great experience with the most calming, professional, relaxed but also super informative man by the name of Josh. He walked me through all of the options available from frame colors to screen types and even payment options. I love the fact that I was not being sold to.Rather we were having a great discussion as I was being taught pros and cons of each option so that my wife and I can make a better sound decision. DGD quickly and reasonably solved a garage door issue for me last year, so when my wife and I decided we wanted a garage door opener on our golf cart door, I called them up. Jimmy came out and recommended installing a wall-mount unit next to the spring, because of tight ceiling space. Again, the price was very reasonable. Jimmy came back soon after with the unit and did a very nice install in about an hour. The door is almost noiseless and works flawlessly. I highly recommend DGD.

I’ve never needed a garage door repair until now. I called DGD based on a Google search. They sent Jon Sager. He had my door fixed up in no time, and uncovered/solved future problems as well. Second time using them for garage door service. Previous time was to replace my garage door spring and did excellent and prompt work. This time I need them to replace a broken and very old garage door opener. Receptionists answering calls are very friendly and appointment times are readily available. Gus came out to replace my opener and was prompt on the appt. time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Did great work and love my new and very quiet opener.
