My garage cable broke on a Friday afternoon. I called DGD in hopes I could get it fixed today. Within 30 Daniel arrived! He reset the cable and installed new bearings. He also aligned the track and greased everything. My garage opener is so quiet now.

We were trying to keep Snaggals our community semi-stray cat out of the garage. While we were closing the garage door he escaped me and ran into the garage, tripping the door stop function. Things didn't work right after that. Unfortunately my non-expertise at troubleshooting quickly finished the door off. We placed a call to DGD and Techs Bryon and Brachee came to our rescue. Friendly and professional, they were able to explain what happened and what needed to be done. They didn't even make too much fun of my troubleshooting efforts. Bryon and Brachee had us up and running pretty quickly considering some upgrading that we had added in addition to the repairs. It was a great experience with DGD from speaking with the Office Pros to the our repair and upgraded garage door. I feel quite confident that I can now handle Snaggals especially since he has become our full-time guest.

The technician that serviced my garage door was very polite, on time and professional. He answered all my questions and performed all yearly service. He was very helpful and pleasant. This however was the 2nd scheduled appointment. The 1st scheduled appointment time came and went. I had to reschedule due to previous appointment I had scheduled. It would have been nice had the office called and let me know the technician was held up on the job prior to mine so I wasn't just waiting for him to not arrive. I have to say tho once I rescheduled the experience was great.

Anthony arrived and professionally removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He helped me set up the MyQ app on my phone for using the remote door operation. I went big on the opener because at my age I can never remember if I closed the garage door or not so the camera is great. DGD is a good company, nice people! My biggest complaint is that the company that installed my garage door opener went out of business. Now I have to find someone to service it. It’s such a bummer because my warranty was never honored by the company that bought them out. This company though did a great job of repairing the problem we had a few days ago. They were very professional and did a great job. We did have to purchase a couple of future repairs if needed. That should have never happened but it did. Thank you!

We have used Discount Garage Doors to install our doors, to service our doors, and repairs. Never have we ever been disappointed with their customer service and their work. I called Discount Garage Doors Saturday night as our cables and spring broke on our garage door. Your customer service was beyond nice and she assured she would get me on the schedule as soon as possible. Monday morning Chris G. arrived and explained my options for repairs. Chris G. was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained to repair our door it would take about an hour. Much to my surprise Chris G. was knocking on my door in a very short period of time stating he had repaired everything. Chris did a great job replacing my garage door springs. He was fast and thorough and even sprayed my squeaky door hinges on my entry door. Not only was he fast and thorough. He was also knowledgeable and gave us a quick rundown on how the garage door really works. Things that most people wouldn’t know because we’re not in the business. He also mentioned to me about a quote I got that that one company did not say I needed to Springs. They just said $350 for the springs, but failed to mention that was more than one. So I’m not fact alone this is why I would recommend Discount Garage Door for your garage door needs.
