When the tech ( Jimmy) came out he thoroughly examined the door and explained what was needed to get the door up and running again. At no time did we feel pressured and the repairs were completed in an hour at a cost that was much less than we expected. The door operates better than it did when it was new. We are very glad we called DGD and will only use them in the future!

Liz, one of the managers got someone to come out the same day I called and really wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The service representative, Eric, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. He was concerned that the repair was complete, done right, and the garage door was working properly before he left. Today, I called to let them know what a good job Eric did and with a question. I spoke with Sky. She was the same way, helpful, and friendly. He got me a reasonable cost for replacement , with a great warranty and was able to fix it very quickly, clean and it’s working great.
