Great experience with DGD and technician Daniel He was on time and knowledgable of all facets of our garage door. Lubed and adjusted the door, replaced necessary parts ( cables and rollers) quickly and with care. Cleaned up and now our door is quieter than it has ever been. Thank you

We have been utilizing DGD for many years. The company has replaced everything from springs to the motor. We did finally sign up for the service plan and have not been disappointed. Anthony A. came and fixed the broken cable, replaced my rollers, and realigned the garage door. He showed up on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, explained all the options beforehand and even explained everything he was doing as he completed the repairs. I would definitely recommend DGD Garage Doors for anyone that might need garage door repairs. Definitely not something I would have been able to do on my own.

Anthony, technician was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. Rare qualities these days! I called at noon told technician will be out 2pm-4pm. Anthony called me at 3:45pm apologizing for running late. He arrived 4:45pm. He repaired a spring and gave me tips to keep my garage door in good shape. Eric White did a fantastic job testing every possibility before quickly replacing the 20+ year old door opener motor. Very thorough in installation, explanation, and cleanup. Matt Davis was out a couple weeks prior to replace the door sensors, and did a similar excellent job with that installation. He warned that the opener was well beyond its useful life expectancy and could fail at any moment. He was right!

Eric was amazingly thorough; he took his time examining my garage door to diagnose what the issue was. Then he patiently explained what was going on with my garage door and then offered me four different options of how to take care of it. And afterword he went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he had done, and how to take care of my door going forward. And equally important, he was courteous to me and friendly to my dog, which is very important to me! I will be sure to call DGD for any maintenance or future problems!
