GoogleAnthony, technician was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. Rare qualities these days! I called at noon told technician will be out 2pm-4pm. Anthony called me at 3:45pm apologizing for running late. He arrived 4:45pm. He repaired a spring and gave me tips to keep my garage door in good shape. GoogleEric White did a fantastic job testing every possibility before quickly replacing the 20+ year old door opener motor. Very thorough in installation, explanation, and cleanup. Matt Davis was out a couple weeks prior to replace the door sensors, and did a similar excellent job with that installation. He warned that the opener was well beyond its useful life expectancy and could fail at any moment. He was right!

Then he patiently explained what was going on with my garage door and then offered me four different options of how to take care of it. And afterword he went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he had done, and how to take care of my door going forward. And equally important, he was courteous to me and friendly to my dog, which is very important to me! I will be sure to call DGD for any maintenance or future problems!
