Came home and our garage door wasn't opening. It's our primary entry in and out of our house. DGD came out the next day. Bryan I and Matt were great. They showed up on time, assessed the garage, got a quote together, and thoroughly explained my options. Once I chose an option, they went right to work. Not only is our garage door working again, it's quieter and smoother than ever. The option we chose also comes with a 10 years warranty and maintenance. I love when work comes with a warranty because you know the company stands behind their work.

Tyrone C. did a great job handling a maintenance check on the garage door. He asked about any issues, which he replaced the bottom seal. He was very thorough and found a few items to be mindful of that will require future servicing. He explained the reasons, gave the pricing, and made note for the office to call me to set up a March service call. DGD has reasonable pricing, too! Thank you, Tyrone!

I called for repair on our garage door, and they pulled up our information quickly by our address. I explained what was happening, and they had a repairman out here within days. He had everything he needed in his truck, and replaced both cables, adjusted all panels of the garage door, the spring, and went over how to maintain it with me. We were definitely pleased with the quality of the work and ease of getting the appointment.

Superb service - the day after I called, Jimmy came and carefully evaluated each component of our misfunctioning opener before his testing found a short in the logic board. (We'd had a power surge on that circuit that also shorted out our sprinkler controller.) Our system was 15 years old, and replacement parts were no longer made. Jimmy offered us multiple options for repair. Because of our previous great experiences with Jimmy, we decided to replace the old ceiling openers on both doors, along with the wall and exterior controllers and the springs and rollers on one door, which were showing signs of wear. Jimmy talked to his boss and got us a great discount and a 10-year warranty, and he then worked all afternoon to get everything done and get our new remotes working perfectly. DGD Garage Doors are THE BEST -- I highly recommend them if you need fast, flawless repairs.

When I have a problem, which is rare, they will come very quickly, and Brandon, who was here today, was so informative, explaining what he said must have happened. He corrected The problem within an hour. I am very satisfied and will always use DGD.

Jimmy came out to upgrade our garage door springs and rollers after I installed door insulation in The Villages. Stock springs will break after a couple years if you skip this step, so it's a must-do for preventative servicing, otherwise you're just risking a major inconvenience at some point. He included tuning up the doors in his service call. I especially appreciated Jimmy giving us budget-based upgrade options without pressuring us into one way; most companies don't. Price, Quality and Professionalism are top notch. I shopped around and found DGD to be the best value at this time. I appreciated getting a price break for paying in cash.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from DGD Garage Doors and technician Tyrone. This company's work is top-notch, but so is their customer service. Before Tyrone arrived, he sent an email to let us know he was on his way. Not only that, but the message included a bio of Tyrone's background and a picture--nice touch, so we knew he was the right person when he arrived! Tyrone took pictures of everything he did on our garage door and sent them to us in an email so we knew exactly what was done. He answered every single question we had, and he didn't rush the job--he was conscientious and careful. We've been using DGD for years--they used to be called Discount Garage Doors, but it's the same people, and they are consistently excellent! They installed our garage door and did a great job--we haven't had a single problem. They come back every year for a service call to make sure all is well--and it always IS well because they keep on top of things! I recommend DSG Garage Doors enthusiastically and without hesitation.
