Due to electrical outage in my area my garage door was shut closed. I tried the manual part of the door and it sprung open and busted the opener rail. I called DGD and they were able to come by a few hours later. The quickness and detailed fix was really appreciated. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly fixed the issue plus did a tune up the the garage door. Highly Recommend and props to John the technician

DRD was hired after the hurricane to supply and install new hurricane proof garage doors. They process was easy and smooth and they did a wonderful job. 2 months after one of the doors started acting up. I called them and they responded immediately and with concern to make everything right. They came the very next day and fixed the problem with total professionalism. Very impressive that after the sale they are there Johnny on the spot. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them. Thank you DRD

I had an amazing experience with DGD. The technician did an excellent job in inspecting my old system pointing out the problems and presented several solutions. He installed the new systems on both garage doors in a timely manner, and programmed the system to my Iphone and to the system in my car. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very happy with our service from Technician Anthony with DGD. He arrived on time in the window given and immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage door. My tech was Brandon. He arrived two hours earlier than expected and got to work immediately. I wasn’t home at the time, because I expected him to come later. He opened my garage door manually bc my opener was broken.. and my cat had gotten in the garage and he let my cat in the house. 🙂 He finished up w my door, helped me put in a new code and download the app on my phone and set that all up. And before he left, he brought in my trash can from the street. 🥲🙂 Would highly recommend! Very affordable and efficient service! 😁

Just had a torsion spring break and called DGD at about 4 pm. They said that someone would be out in about 2 hrs but Brandon Collin showed up in 30 minutes. What a great guy!!! Fixed my springs and gave the door a good going over. Gave me the options of what to repair. He was honest and a good quick hard worker. Second time he has worked for me. We will only call DGD and request Brandon!!! Thanks again...

Arrived within promised window...quickly evaluated status of operation and offered 3 quotes depending on what I what I wanted to do...objectively presented, absolutely no sales pressure to "upsell"...repair completed on the spot. Very satisfied, though more expensive than I anticipated...but admittedly I don't have knowledge of standard current rates...so may very well been competitive.

I contacted DGD for a repairman to come out to have a look for at the issue with my mom’s electric garage door. John Hartley was the chosen one! He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He quickly assessed the situation, explained all of the issues and after getting the ok from mom, he went straight to work to remedy all that needed to be fixed. John was very professional, kind and personable. He let me watch and explained all he was doing and why. Before I knew it, mom’s garage door had been tuned up and quieted down. Excellent is the best word to describe our experience with DGD today. Unable to get the garage door up to leave for work this holiday morning, my husband walked instead. After several tries at other companies, I was able, through Faith in the office, to get DGD to come out by the early afternoon to replace the springs. John was friendly & efficient. I am very pleased with the service I’ve received from DGD. A few years ago, they replaced two garage doors but I kept my own openers and recently I made a repair call for the opener and got great service both times. My garage door stopped working on a Sunday evening. I called DGD and Chris, the repairman, came out, immediately knew the reason and fully explained what had happened. SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING BY RANDY ROBERTS. HOWEVER, BASED ON THE SUPPLIERS' PRICE FOR THE MOTOR 2028, THE INVOICED PRICE TO ME APPEARS QUITE EXCESSIVE. I SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND FOR A BETTER DEAL. BUT I AM HAPPY WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND THE WAY IT OPERATES. FOUR AND A HALF STARS.

Once again, DGD came through with flying colors! I called them when my elderly mother's garage door would not open, and they came the next day. Jimmy advised us of all our options and did not pressure at all. He had our new opener (we chose the wi-fi solution) installed in an hour! My mom is so pleased!
