Contacted DGD on a Monday morning when our garage door spring broke. DGD had technician, Brakki, to our residence within the hour to diagnose and begin the needed repairs. Brakki provided exceptional customer service and had our garage door repaired in short order, and even corrected a few issues our previous installers had left behind. I highly recommend DGD for your garage door needs, and I would request Brakki as your technician!

The technician showed up on time friendly well-dressed and ready to work. You presented all the details with what's wrong with the door even though I only wanted a general maintenance I ended up replacing all of the pulleys and having a tune-up done on the rest of the system. They are prompt with their service. The gentleman who showed up Tyrone was personable on time actually early to the great job was in and out, explained everything to me clearly and let me know that I still had two more yearly visits, which is fantastic because for the next two more years, I don’t have to worry about the garage. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and their employees.
