The guys did a great job at a great price. They were prompt, professional and efficient. I was originally looking to fix a broken spring and cable, however my existing system was really old. They gave me such a great price that I was able to replace the whole system.It works great and is so quiet!!

John arrived on time and quickly identified a smoked control board. (Thanks power company) After discussing the value of replacing the board in a 30 year old motor vs a new unit. Since the door was 🧳 by normally, we opted for new unit and spring. Big install for one person but well done.

Randy from DGD arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues with the garage door, and then explained the steps he would take to determine the solution. He even offered to correct a small problem I had not noticed. We needed a new opener (which we had already figured we needed), plus a new keyless pad, and a new seal. All done in a timely and efficient manner (with several distractions), and a reasonable price. Very very pleased with the new opener, and with Randy and DGD!

I had 2 busted remotes for my garage door opener. John came by after 1 day calling in for the service. He checked everything out quickly and determined the problem and then proceeded to fix it. He then offered a tune up, which he completed in less than 30 minutes. He was informative and confident in his knowledge. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We've been using DGD for all our garage door needs for 5+ years now. They have always been prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. I purchase their maintenance program for 3-4 years at a time because, otherwise, I probably couldn't afford their visits. They do charge a fuel usage fee, which I could justify if we lived more than 25 miles away; but, we are literally 2 blocks away from their showroom, so I wish they would reconsider this charge. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm financially able to and highly recommend them.
