I came home from vacation and realized that the spring of my garage door had completely broken. The garage door would not open at all. I called and within three hours they were at my home and had the repair done within an hour. I have a recommend this company.

As usual, tech arrived on time. (He had called in advance). Checked out everything, tightened a few bolts, lubrication to rails. Cleaned up and he was gone. Great job.

He explained each step clearly and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Additionally, the customer service team was remarkably efficient in providing all the requested documents promptly. We were impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. I needed service on my garage door opener and DGD scheduled an appointment and promptly showed up actually a bit earlier than expected. The tech's immediately got to work and solved my problem in a few minutes. They checked and serviced the opener as well as putting the red rope back on the opener that I accidentally ripped off by losing my balance and pulling the rope a bit too hard, (actually that rope kept me from falling on my face.) I was so grateful for both of the tech's. They are the greatest and I continue for DGD to be my go-to whenever I have problems with the opener. (which are few). These guys are wonderful. They are professional and knowledgeable.

The chain on my garage door broke and I called DGD to fix it. Brakki was at my door an hour later and did a great job replacing my old equipment. He thoroughly explained how the new equipment works, set up the keypad outside, and left my garage cleaner than he found it. He was very personable and polite. Please ask for him if you need DGD's service!

DGD did an awesome job, my installer Chris arrived and quickly got to work and finished the job in 90mins. He was also able to help me program the app, keypad and clickers as well as my three legacy clickers. Chris was really easy to work with and cleaned up after the install and walked me thru the instructions and daily use of the new opener. I would highly recommended DGD!
