I was having issues with garage door opener where it wasn’t lifting up. I called DGD and they were able to send a technician out same day. Brakki Brazzle showed up and quickly showed me via pictures the problem. So I needed a new garage door opener he pulled up several options for me to choose from. After I selected the one I wanted to go with he was able to install it within about two hours that day. After the installation, he walked me through all the features. Brakki Brazzle was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company!

John H. was dispatched to my home where he listened to what was wrong, advised what needed to be fixed, quoted me an incredible price, and had everything on his truck to complete the job. John was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in the time frame he said and went over all the parts and warranties. Great job! Would highly recommend DGD. The installer did very nice job and besides that he was not supplied with the correct parts to do the job and instead of rescheduling he had the correct parts delivered and completed most of the job. Just waiting on the manual key latch. I would recommend this company again. Also If when you make call backs they did not show up as scam calls was fixed would be nice.
