We are extremely pleased with the work done by DGD Garage Doors! Our spring broke on our garage door and also broke the chain drive on our opener. The installer did very nice job and besides that he was not supplied with the correct parts to do the job and instead of rescheduling he had the correct parts delivered and completed most of the job. Just waiting on the manual key latch. I would recommend this company again. Also If when you make call backs they did not show up as scam calls was fixed would be nice.

I came home from vacation and realized that the spring of my garage door had completely broken. The garage door would not open at all. I called and within three hours they were at my home and had the repair done within an hour. I have a recommend this company.

As usual, tech arrived on time. (He had called in advance). Checked out everything, tightened a few bolts, lubrication to rails. Cleaned up and he was gone. Great job.

I needed service on my garage door opener and DGD scheduled an appointment and promptly showed up actually a bit earlier than expected. The tech's immediately got to work and solved my problem in a few minutes. They checked and serviced the opener as well as putting the red rope back on the opener that I accidentally ripped off by losing my balance and pulling the rope a bit too hard, (actually that rope kept me from falling on my face.) I was so grateful for both of the tech's. They are the greatest and I continue for DGD to be my go-to whenever I have problems with the opener. (which are few). These guys are wonderful. They are professional and knowledgeable.
