GoogleDGD was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience with another company. I had been overcharged $2,600 for parts and work DGD would’ve done for $909, and to make it worse, the other company didn’t tighten the set screws on one of the springs properly, so it slipped and skewed the door. When I asked them to come back, they ghosted. Brakki from DGD came out, fixed the problem, lubricated and double-checked everything, and even labeled the system with their contact info so I’ll always know who to call. He was professional, honest, detail-oriented, and made me feel taken care of. And, when I called DGD and told them there was no rush to get it done as long as it was within a week or two, they were at my house two (2) hours after I called them! DGD may not be the cheapest, but they *are* fair, thorough, and professional. I won’t use anyone else for garage door work. ☺️
