Service tech, Bryon was very knowledgeable and professional. Came in, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options for repairs with different price points, didn’t push me to go with the most expensive solution either. Explained in depth the differences between all the services and warranties included with each service. Even offered a military discount which is all was greatly appreciated. job well done DGD!

Garage door wouldn’t open but remotes all worked. Sensor on one side was loose and not communicating with its neighbor! Jimmy came to fix and he replaced both sensors. Quick service, friendly receptionist and Jimmy was great!!

We had a spring break on our garage door last night. I called at 8 AM and within 30 minutes. The technician was at our house. The technician Bryon I Did a fantastic job of assessing the door, identifying existing problems along with the broken spring and made recommendations for repairs and upgrade to the opener. He was able to start and complete all the work within three hours and then spent time explaining the new opener and All the new features.

My technician, Dillion was thorough with details of the outer garage door opener. He confirmed the location and provided reasons why my choice was the best location. He explained very clearly how he would install, showed the product to confirm it was my selection. After installation, he had me to enter my password twice. Then, allowed me to test the product. Mike and his supervisor arrived at our home as scheduled and provided a very good description of the work to take place concerning the installation of our new garage door. They worked diligently and very professionally throughout the time they were within our home. As the task was completed Mike took out the time to explain the various adjustments made and provided advice on keeping the garage door properly lubricated. A true professional.
