Joel R arrived to our home today to do the maintenance service on our garage door. We had an issue with the wall garage door opener not functioning properly. Joel explained the reasoning for the malfunction and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction. In addition, he offered a valuable piece of information on when to change the spring rollers in order to keep our garage door working properly. We are very thankful for his expertise, professionalism and ease of communication in order for us to make sound decisions. Great job!

My garage door opener broke and I called DGD. They had a tech out the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained my options. I made my choice, he had everything with him, and had the job finished in about an hour. I was very well pleased. I had used DGD many years ago (everything is still working) and I am very glad I chose them again. This repair was done on a second garage door in our shop.

The service is good most of the time. I don’t like how the techs have to sell you a service to just about be able to complete a requested maintenance service ticket. I have never had the same tech either.

I called this morning because I had a broken spring on my garage door opener. I had a tech here by 3 o’clock and by 5 o’clock everything was fixed. Extremely pleasant, extremely efficient and worked within my budget. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for Garage door repairs.

Our 7 year old overhead door made so much noise and banging before, but Josh did an amazing job replacing the rollers with great nylon wheels that are so quiet and smooth you barely hear the door moving. Before when I pulled the emergency release lifting it was really hard and heavy. Now with the new springs it really light and easy to lift. Josh was quick, professional and explained everything he was going to do before I approved it and he did it quickly and expertly. Highly recommend DGD (they installed it originally) and Josh Battle for any install or maintenance on your overhead door.
