Jose was my first point of contact here and he was prompt and professional in quoting out my garage. He made sure I got a great deal on the garage door and opener set up. Amanda in the office handled scheduling and the permitting and made it all very simple and easy for me as we are not at the property full time. It was a major repair, I have lived in my home for 18 years, but if I have any more problems with either garage door, I will certainly schedule Dukes Garage Doors.

Great experience. I had another company (reliable garage door repair, and gates and garage door) overcharge me and they messed up my door (they didnt balance the door or properly install the springs) DGD came out and in 25 min diagnosed and fixed everything (garage door doesnt slam any more) they also went above and beyond cleaning and oiling both garage doors. Will definitely use them and recommended them to everyone I know.

I had an emergency with a commercial “curtain style” garage door that needed to be resolved quickly. I called and Whitney answered the phone (no automated system). She was courteous and respectful of my time. She arranged for Aaron to make a service call that afternoon. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and transparent. He had it completely operational in a few hours. A quality company to deal with!

Knowledgeable, professional and did a thorough job replacing our garage door motor, entry pad outside the garage and programmed our vehicles! Went with 10 year warranty so shouldn’t need to see them again! They replaced our door with spring in 2018 with a 30 year warranty. Highly recommended!

I am so glad I accidentally found Dukes Garage Doors when I was looking in an emergency for someone to come look at my garage door that wouldnt close. After not getting any help from another garage door place that had originally installed our garage doors, I found Dukes Garage Doors listed. I had never heard of them, but I saw that they had lots of 5-star ratings. That was enough for me! I had to call them after we returned from an out-of-town small vacation. We couldnt be more pleased with the results! Not only did Kendall come out, but he fixed our doors all in the same day after we had returned from out of town. Our garage door openers had been installed for a long time and were past time to be replaced. We upgraded our system and are very pleased with the results. Kendall was very helpful in explaining everything and helping us to understand the new system and how to work it.

They were able to arrive earlier which was good. Misdiagnosed issue and ended up costing more than twice the original estimate but the problem was cleat once he pointed it out and it had to be fixed. I have no idea how reasonable the cost was because I have nothing to compare to, but they did honor the 10% off promotion.

I called this afternoon and the technician, Bryan Aucoin arrived a short time later. He explained everything that he would be doing and why he was doing it. He replaced my keypad and performed general maintenance. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone.

John was terrific. He did a great job and then went over every detail with me.Told me I could call him anytime with any questions I might have, but I honestly feel he covered everything. Good to know that he would be available though. Can’t say enough how wonderful he was as I had left a friend stranded at a drs office and she ended up walking home. Thank god it wasn’t that far.
