My technician, Dillion was thorough with details of the outer garage door opener. He confirmed the location and provided reasons why my choice was the best location. He explained very clearly how he would install, showed the product to confirm it was my selection. After installation, he had me to enter my password twice. Then, allowed me to test the product. He is well trained and has great communication skills. Thank You for sending a Great Technician.

Mike and his supervisor arrived at our home as scheduled and provided a very good description of the work to take place concerning the installation of our new garage door. They worked diligently and very professionally throughout the time they were within our home. As the task was completed Mike took out the time to explain the various adjustments made and provided advice on keeping the garage door properly lubricated. A true professional. Ron Mosely was my salesman, did a job that Overhead Door & Garage refused to do because were convinced that I would not have the garage cleared out 10 ft. from the door. I had the door cleared out 10 ft. when the time came for Dukes Garage Door to do the job. The two installers were stellar professionals and very polite. Dante and Jordan were their names. And making all the magic happen was Stephanie, master communicator via text and emails. Now about that garage door I purchased, it was a polyurethane insulated and painted brown. WOW! I had no idea how cool my garage could be when its 90 degrees outside. The urethane casters for the individual panels are whisper quiet. Another competitor who bid more, was willing to match the price Duke Garage Door offered. I told them I dont do business that way. Your chance to earn my business was the first quote you offered me. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of DGD. I was notified when my surface agent was coming with a picture so I would recognize who he was. He arrived early with a smile on his face. He offered me three different estimates for me to choose from. He worked on my door for 4 hours in the heat of the garage without complaint. He set up all the access systems prior to leaving and left the garage clean as a whistle. I would recommend DGD and Josh to anyone. Excellent service!
