Josh was very professional and arrived on time. My appointment was very easy to schedule to meet my schedule. I needed two springs replaced on my double garage door. The work was quoted and I approved the charge. All the work was completed within a reasonable time and I now have a working garage door again.

Dillan did a fine job replacing key pad under warrantee but, surprise me with a semi annual fee of $130 to keep 10 year warrantee active.

Brandon was on time and solved our problem with our remote key pad that we bought at Ace. Turns out it wasnt compatible with our opener. He installed a compatible model that works perfectly. He was very good to work with and we would not hesitate to contact DGD in the future with any garage door or opener issues.

Randy my tech, called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He was right in the window on time. He listened to all my concerns, then took pix of everything and after inspecting all parts, came up with what I needed AND did not need. He was able to show me 3 quotes for doing what needed to be done and stay in my budget. No pressure, just facts. I selected what I wanted done and he got right to work. Everything came out great. He showed me all the old parts and everything new is guaranteed for 10 years! I would completely recommend Randy and DGD!!! Great experience

From the consultation to installation, DGD has been amazing. Special shout out goes to Stephanie, in the permit department. She worked with my crazy schedule to get the City of Alachua out during their work hours (M-Th) for the inspection, and then made sure they came in the morning so I got to work on time. Today I had one more text from her, saying she had confirmed CoA had closed my permit so I wont have any hiccups down the road. Everyone should use DGD for their garage door needs!

Came in, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options for repairs with different price points, didn’t push me to go with the most expensive solution either. Explained in depth the differences between all the services and warranties included with each service. Even offered a military discount which is all was greatly appreciated. job well done DGD!

Garage door wouldn’t open but remotes all worked. Sensor on one side was loose and not communicating with its neighbor! Jimmy came to fix and he replaced both sensors. Quick service, friendly receptionist and Jimmy was great!!

We had a spring break on our garage door last night. I called at 8 AM and within 30 minutes. The technician was at our house. The technician Bryon I Did a fantastic job of assessing the door, identifying existing problems along with the broken spring and made recommendations for repairs and upgrade to the opener. He was able to start and complete all the work within three hours and then spent time explaining the new opener and All the new features.
