Bryan was great. He was professional, on time, very efficient, and knew exactly what to do. He only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to have me buy anything beyond what was needed. Bryan went above and beyond when I asked him for help with a wi-fi purchase I had previously made. This is my second time using this company. The visit was to repair my garage door after hitting it. The first visit was for a brand new garage door at a previous house. Both experiences were great. Thank you.

Our garage door became an "urgent matter" when we discovered it was not closing properly. After reading the Google reviews, I found Duke's Garage Doors, a local business. Literally same day service. Our Svc Tech Bryon provided a few recommendations on our 21 year old garage door. We chose the most logical repair....install a new Linear system. The Linear system came with all the bells & whistles and no more NOISE from the old chain system vs. belt driven. Thank you DGD & Bryon!!

Today I called Duke's to see about getting my garage door opener replaced. Bryon came out and gave me an estimate and he was able to replace it right away. He had the new opener installed and made sure I knew how to work the new openers for the car and the key pad. I am so pleased with Bryon's work! He was so professional and also friendly! Incredible service! We called on a Saturday afternoon with a completely non-functioning garage door, and within an hour, help was at our door. Chris, our technician, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did he quickly fix the main issue, but he also helped us with another garage door concern we hadn't even planned to address. We couldn’t be more impressed. I loved my technician, Jimmy Khalil! He made suggestions to upgrade my opener with a battery backup. My husband and I have always worried about opening the garage in a storm. Thanks to Jimmy our garage no longer makes horrible noises.! We had gotten so used to it that we thought it was normal. I will definitely keep Jimmy's name in my DGD contact so I can ask for him personally!!
