Freeway close, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable, it also had a small balcony which was great. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to San Diego.

This hotel was very generous! They provide complimentary snacks and water in the rooms. They have hot fresh coffee and ice cold lemon water available in the lobby all day. The complimentary breakfast was terrific! They have bagels, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, omelettes served with potatoes and so much more. The staff is amazing and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates these services and the convenience of being located next to grocery stores and fast food restaurants right next door. It is also located 15 minutes from Lego land and Carlsbad beach.

Wonderful place to stay!! My friends and I came from out of town to attend an event in the area and the hotel staff were so amazing with early check in! Our rooms were clean, the free breakfast selection was incredible, and they even had complimentary snacks when we entered our room! They had so many amenities that I wasn't expecting, and every staff member interaction I had was awesome. Located near a lot of shops and food places as well, that's always a plus! If I ever end up in the area I will make a sincere effort to book here again!

This is an older but updated hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean, king bed was comfortable, couch in the room was comfortable to sit on, and the hotel staff were the friendliest we've seen at any hotel in a while. They bent over backwards to help in any way they could. The room had a microwave and refrigerator was hands down the best we've seen in any hotel room, with legit separate freezer. Our food and drinks stayed super cold. There was also a separate coffee station with complimentary snack basket. We loved that there's an ice machine on every floor so you're not running to some out of the way place like we had to in a much newer and more expensive Hyatt! The breakfast area is in what used to be guest rooms, so was a little strange. But with that said, the food was good, hot, and there was a really nice selection. There was a lot of fresh, cut fruit, not frozen and thawed. For such a small area, we were impressed with the selection and quality of the food. And on Sunday, there was just one lady servicing breakfast and running like crazy to meet the demand. And yet she stopped to help and provide extra requests when she didn't really have to. There is a Target directly across the street, along with Panera, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, In n Out, and more within walking distance. We felt safe and would highly recommend this hotel! We would stay again.

Smell of jasmine as you pull up. Relaxing music at the front desk. Friendly, helpful staff. Raj behind the front desk was great! Free Wi-Fi, parking, water, ice and snacks in the room and a great breakfast included! Each room has a balcony and it was a comfortable bed! Definitely staying here again if I come back in for work!

Very comfortable room with great bed and linens. The landscaping is filled with flowers and plants-not what you typically see at this price point. Common rooms aren’t super fancy but they are very clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast.

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, always makes a good night sleep. The staff are always sweet and accomodations are top notch. Highly recommend this hotel to all who are seeking STAR service.

Nice place to stay for an older hotel. Was clean and the staff was friendly. There was alot of traffic due to a Canes and In and Out burger next to the place. Close to highway, a shopping center with a Target and a has station. Breakfast every morning was nice with a good variety.

The breakfast buffet was terrific, and the ladies that worked in the dining room were fabulous. They showed me how to make the specialty waffles. The front-end staff were also fabulous.

We have stayed in many hotels and this my far most is the best. From the front desk to the room were exceptional. We were gifted with free snacks, water and complimentary full breakfast (compliments to Sara). The location was perfect close to freeways, shopping centers and restaurants. Thank you to the Comfort Inn staff for a pleasurable stay.

Our room was over the roof covering the entrance so there was a horrible view of the roof. Room 227 The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The pool and hot tub need re-surfaced, they are in bad condition. My granddaughter wanted to swim but it was too messed up… Would I stay again? Yes but a different room.. and hopefully the pool would be redone..

I was very happy with my accommodations. I had to call the front desk for several service on the TV and the technician arrived in a few minutes. Their pet friendly rooms were perfect. No carpeting and pet resistant flooring. Another plus is there are numerous food options within walking distance. Plus they serve a hot breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

This is a good place to stay! My kids had a great time in the spa swimming around, we could not use the pool because it was way too cold!(only reason for the 4 stars) My kids were a little bummed about that. The beds are comfy and breakfast had some good options. Staff were all very friendly!! This hotel could use some proper upgrades not quick fixes and a deep clean as there was some dirty corners around the room. Overall it was great and convenient for our purposes and food was walking distance!!!
