Istopped by today to test drive a car. Raymond helped me and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Even though I ended up not getting the car, Raymond was professional all the way till the end. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The only negative was not getting the car. After thinking about it, I decided to walk away. It was simply not the car for me. The price was within range, it just wasn't the color I wanted and being a 13 year old car, it had a few imperfections I could not live with. It was also high on the miles. Reliability at this stage was my concern and Raymond understood me perfectly. I never felt pressured, not even when we went in the office and ran some numbers. Overall, great experience.

I had my 1st experience with California Motor Trade and my salesperson, Jonathan. I was buying a car for my daughter. They did a 75pt inspection and replaced many things on the car for free and even gave me a little discount. Very quick transaction and I would definitely go back again. Well worth the drive from Santa Clarita.

My experience here at california motors direct Santa Ana location was excellent. I did my research on what I wanted and they had one. I inspected the car fax and was happy with the vehicle. They only had it for about a week so there were some minor issues that we addressed and we came to an agreement with. They replaced the tires that were balding (very much appreciated). It’s a used car so it’s not perfect. They were very curtious and were patient with me as I wanted to test out several cars before I finally settled on the one I went for. They entire time I was not rushed nor was I pressured into anything. I asked questions and got answers right away and once I told them which car I wanted the paperwork was fairly fast. All in all I had a very good experience here. I’ve seen some bad reviews but I don’t see it while they attended to my needs. Oh and yes, I flew in from Fresno ca to this dealer because they had the car that I had been looking for.

Well, well...these folks are really good at what they do. And have terrific cars. And are patient. All the right things at a dealership. Freddie stayed with me way past closing hours to make sure we got everything taken care of. A salesman without “pushing:” fantastic customer service and experience. Words can not explain how satisfied I am with everyone at CORONA MOTORS!!! Everyone is super welcoming super friendly and they have the best freaking deals on the block! I got a sale so it was the cherry on top of my purchase :) My salesman Yohannes gave us a test drive and got me and my dad an 8 year warranty and worked with what our down payment could be, he’s awesome!
