Shopped around on cars.com for vehicles we were interested in. We found LA Auto exchange had a good variety of options available, and had very competitive prices compared to others in the LA area. I identified 3 cars I was interested in, and called a couple days in advance to schedule our visit. Because the vehicles I was interested in were at different location, they offered to have all vehicles brought to the location closest to where we live. One of the three didn’t make it. But we drove the other two, and even found a couple more on the lot to consider. They let us test drive all of them, and were patient with my two kids. We ended up picking a very nice 3 row SUV with ample towing capacity that even already had a hitch on it. It had just arrived on the lot. They are now detailing it for us, and we plan to pick it up next weekend. The entire experience took about 3 hours, including the financing, which is quite rapid, I think. All in all, I think it was worth the longer drive for the smooth car buying experience and for the competitive pricing.

I had an easy, stress free experience buying a used Subaru Outback from Rico at LA Auto Exchange. I highly recommend asking for Rico, he made me feel comfortable and had an honest attitude which I appreciated. I knew which car I had in mind, called ahead and was easily able to make a same day appointment. Upon arrival, Rico was enthusiastic to show me two similar car options. Keys in hand, he immediately showed me two almost identical Subaru Outback cars. The online offer was lower than other dealerships, and fair, so I didn't negotiate the price. I was able to make a same day purchase, and I'm very happy with my decision.

Wow! Beat all my expectations! The lots were full of customers viewing cars. The dealership was more than ready with sufficient staff to help every customer out.Angel was very kind and helpful, he showed us every single vehicle we were interested in, During each test drive he would share detailed information about the vehicle and it’s Carfax history. The entire process was smooth as could be. Sales person Eddie was the best. The lot doesn't look very good, because so many cars are there. They would benefit from a new location. Don't let that stop you from going there. The prices were great, perhaps because of the no frills location.
