My experience with OC Auto Exchange is awesome! Jimmy and Pete were very communicative with me through phone or text. Pete was the one who helped me when I got there to check the car that I wanted. He explained everything very well and he answered all of my questions in details from the car to the processing of papers. I came from Arizona to look at a very specific car and scheduled a time to see the car days in advance but it had been sold when I came to look at it without notice. ALTHOUGH I tapped into a car I had no experience with before and then was newly introduced to a car I’m having the time of my life with. So I want to thank Justin Rivera. I have been shopping for a vehicle for a while so I've used a couple of used car for sale platforms and I noticed that the price for their cars are competitively lower than other dealers. I went in to check a Honda pilot and I ended buying a lexus instead because of the price compared to other dealer. On top of this, the buying experience is very professional and smooth. They have only very nice cars, a comfortable office and a professional team of Salesmen and Support Staff. It is right off the freeway and they made everything work for me to get a magnificent 'as new' 2018 Ford Flex Limited twin every option I can imaging it having.
