Came in yesterday to pick up my car. Alex helped me out and he definitely took care of me to the T. My vehicle was expected to arrive a day late and Alex was so helpful! He drove me to run errands, to eat, and drive me to work just because my car was arriving one day late. I saw a used car I was interested in online and went to check it out. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and eager to help. Dakota took me on a test drive and was very helpful. He was straight with me and didn’t try any high pressure tactics. He just wanted me to be happy with a purchase. He and the other salesmen I talked to get 5 stars. I didn’t end up buying from them because the car wasn’t a perfect fit, but the service was great and the experience was comfortable.

And one of the important things that most of the dealers these days FORCING customers to buy is the security system on the cars , but they didn’t force us and took it out of the deal which was a bit of a surprise. The Montclair Auto Exchange is a great place to buy a pre-owned vehicle that is in immaculate condition. Our salesman, Josh, was superb with his service and stayed well after his shift was over to make sure that all of our paperwork etc. was in order so that we could leave the lot happy with our new car. Montclair Auto Exchange also provides in house financing options with rates that are competitive with your standard auto loan. 10/10 highly recommend.

Marc was AMAZING! I was a little nervous because it's not a huge car lot and I have had bad experiences with smaller dealerships in the past but boy was I wrong! I had seen the car I wanted on cars.com and when I arrived to do the test drive Marc did not pressure me or try to talk me into anything I was not interested in. It was a very fun and easy experience and I have bought five cars in my life and fun and easy are never in my vocabulary when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. All of their cars are newer and gently used. I purchase a 2018 Nissan Leaf with on 30,000 miles on it and am so excited to hit the road in my new car! I will be back in a couple of years when we are done with my husband's 2020 Honda Civic they offer competitive buy back deals that blow CARMAX out of the water!
