Julio was very professional and showed up with a great attitude and wanted to insure me he would figure out the problem and fix it. He checked everything out and found what others had missed. Gave me all the options from a simple part to fix immediate problem, to other options to prevent future breakdowns and tune up options. He presented himself well and looked professional.

When he arrived ~ finally! ~ was excellent. No problems in any way with his service and help. BUT we were scheduled to be service between 12 and 2 and he arrive at 4:45. I had major surgery recently and so it made it particularly difficult. Your service over the last four years has been nothing but excellent so will always use you in the future.

Being able to call after hours and talk to a real person is invaluable. Our system was acting up and shutting itself off and Chinook was able to get a tech out first thing in the AM. Our AC stopped working this week, and Chinook provided same day service to diagnose the issue. Even though many customers are needing support due to high temps, they were able to fix the issue next day. Chinook answered my call after hours and attempted to troubleshoot over the phone. The tech had an idea of what the problem/solution might be, but they did not have staffing available that evening. But, they had a technician to our house by 9am the next morning. This technician was also very professional and communicated thoroughly. His assessment was the same as the one the night before, and he had it fixed in an hour!

I was given a 4 hour window for arrival and the technician Andres showed in less than an hour. Was very knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed rather quickly and fixed. I highly recommend using them as we will in the future as well.

Our AC went out in the evening on one of our record heat days. Chinook was great, because I was able to call after hours and speak to a real person, who was so compassionate and helpful. They were able to get me a next day appointment and the tech did a thorough job checking everything and ultimately fixing our ac, and for a reasonable price.
