Alex did our HVAC maintenance & was professional, friendly, efficient & didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need or want! Our original units were put in by another company but I will only use Chinook from now on. Everyone who I have talked to with this company has been completely professional & friendly!

Daniel was very professional and kind. Really seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Cleaned up our fireplace even though that wasn't part of the repair. Both times Chinook came to our house the cost was cheaper than was quoted so that's been super great too 😀

We called Chinook about 6:30 pm and Alex took our call. Our heater had shut off and the temperature was dropping. Alex was on a call and said he would come to our home as soon as he finished. He arrived soon after and began checking our HVAC system. He quickly discovered a problem and continued to check for other possible contributing issues in order to make all necessary repairs. We are extremely thankful to Alex for his thorough diagnostic EXPERTISE and his EXCELLENT work. THANK YOU ALEX and thank you Chinook. We have been a loyal customer of Chinook Heating & Air since we bought our home in 2003.

Very timely service and knowledgeable staff. Terrence was super friendly and walked me through the ins and outs of the system and didn't pressure on anything he didn't think we actually needed to keep our system running smoothly. Will definitely be going to them for future HVAC needs.

Alex came out today for a routine maintenance check. He was very polite and answered all our questions. What most impressed me was that he cleaned up the mess a previous technician had left at the junction box. Wires had been pulled out and the cover was left off. Without being asked, Alex put the wires back in the box and put the cover back on. It’s a small thing but showed his pride of workmanship.

Excellent service. Our A/C went out yesterday afternoon. I called Chinook this morning and they were able to get a technician out to me in about an hour. The technician, Terance, was very personable and professional. He was able to check everything and diagnose the problem very quickly. He had everything repaired and working again within about a half an hour.

My experience with Chinook Heating and Air was exactly what one expects from a service company. Furnace was not working. I called at 7:15 am yesterday 12/17/19 and had a tech at the house by 9:30 am same day. The repair required a part. The tech went to the shop and returned promptly and the furnace was repaired by 11:00am same day. The tech’s name was Terrance. He was personable and professional. He took time to explain what had happened. When asked, he had nothing but good things to say about his employer. He likes his job and is good at it. Thank you!

Since purchase of my house, I have signed up for annual maintenance for maintenance contract and extended even to multi-year one. Recently I had an emergency and wound up calling Terrance Elenes -the technician around 5 AM. He coordinated with his manager Shelly Thompson-the office Manager. He showed up later as planned and fixed the following thorough troubleshooting. I found both individuals very customer focused, accommodative consistent with customer needs . Terrence was very competent and friendly and I felt very comfortable interacting with him.I have also arranged with Shelly to send Terence for all my future services..

I am very impressed with Chinook Heating & Air. They were very prompt at attending to my needs. They were out to my house the day after I called at the time they said they would come. I called on on Sunday and didn't want them to come until the next day. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I have done business with them 3 times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Terrance was the tech that I originally talked to on the phone and then was the tech that came out to my house. He was very professional and informative on the phone and also when he fixed my heater. Juan Chavez did a great job. I had a heat pump installed in a rental house and my tenant texted me that night, all excited about how much better the heater was. Kendra came out to perform maintenance on my heater today. She was very pleasant and appeared to be knowledgeable. I hope my maintenance records are updated to show that the technician needs to bring 2 filters, different sizes. Kendra called the parts dept and had the second filter delivered while on-site. I have been happy with my service contract and the technicians that have worked on my system.
