Chinook repaired our natural gas pool heater. They were able to get us on the schedule within a day of my service call. Terence arrived on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My tech, Terrance, was on time today and really professional. He showed me a problem with one of our units and was able replace the part that was bad very quickly. It was covered under warranty and no cost to me. Chinook installed my new heating and AC in 2010 and they are the only company I trust to do maintenance and repairs. Always on time and great service. We have signed up for the yearly maintenance package and are very happy with their service. I have used Chinook Heating & Air for a number of years. The technicians are always friendly, and willing to answer questions about my system. My recent service visit by Terrence was exceptional. He is very thorough in his work, and answered my questions regarding what he was doing with great clarity. He also recommended some additional services and products to assist my system in performance, and to better ensuring the health of my family and myself. We eat three times per day, but we are constantly breathing - even when we are asleep. Having a clean air system is important to serving that end. I am very impressed with Terrence; both his knowledge, and his skills, and recommend him and Chinook to you.

Terrance came today and cleaned all the mold out of my heating unit. He also installed a UV light that kills mold and stops it forming. My air is very fresh and smells great.
