Terence was most helpful with his service and knowledge. It. turns out that he could not service the unit that I have as it has no port to add gas. He did take the time to explain how to clean the unit and improve its performance. I appreciate his help and the fact that Chinook did not charge a service call as they could not service the unit. Very helpful! Previous company wanted to abandon the 5 head split mini system and install a brand new system. I had to get a second opinion. This technician found one head was on fan only and started blowing 58 degree air right away, when the other tech said it was a bad valve in the outdoor unit. The wires were crossed between 2 heads which was causing problems, along with some freon leaks. The other company said it was more bad valves in the outdoor unit. Getting on their annual maintenance plan to come and clean the coils and keep us in tip top shape.

After changing my filter, I began noticing a water leak. When I called, I learned that most likely the coils had ice buildup, and I was given instructions on how to help thaw them. When that didn’t fix the problem, Chinook sent out a technician the same day, who arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a clog), fixed it, and checked to make sure my unit was running properly. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I'm a new home owner and was having an issue with the gas cook top leaking. I am so thankful that Terrance was able to get to the cause, and take care of it for me. Since purchase of my house, I have signed up for annual maintenance for maintenance contract and extended even to multi-year one. Recently I had an emergency and wound up calling Terrance Elenes -the technician around 5 AM. He coordinated with his manager Shelly Thompson-the office Manager. He showed up later as planned and fixed the following thorough troubleshooting. I found both individuals very customer focused, accommodative consistent with customer needs . Terrence was very competent and friendly and I felt very comfortable interacting with him.I have also arranged with Shelly to send Terence for all my future services. On 6/2/20, Tiffany and Jose visited to conduct the annual maintenance. They both came as scheduled, very friendly, experienced and during the entire period, I was with them. Having technical background, I can say without hesitation that both did an outstanding job, in doing the thorough preventative check, left the place following good house keeping practice. I am a very satisfied client and would like them to vist us ALL THE TIME!

Called because our furnace was dripping water in the garage and they cleared out the clogged drainage pipe that day. We are on their maintenance plan and so it was fixed as a complimentary service as they just came out just a few weeks ago for our bi-annual service call. Happy for the excellent customer service and quick follow up. They always seem to be quick to respond to requests which is nice!
