We called Chinook about 6:30 pm and Alex took our call. Our heater had shut off and the temperature was dropping. Alex was on a call and said he would come to our home as soon as he finished. He arrived soon after and began checking our HVAC system. He quickly discovered a problem and continued to check for other possible contributing issues in order to make all necessary repairs. We are extremely thankful to Alex for his thorough diagnostic EXPERTISE and his EXCELLENT work. THANK YOU ALEX and thank you Chinook.
