I had another company come out and look at my furnace, I was told I need a couple thousand dollars worth of work for parts and labor. I called Chinook for a second opinion and their tech Alex came out to inspect. His diagnosis was a loose wire, he fixed and my system runs good as new! Alex was very knowledgeable, professional and most important honest. He saved me thousands, I appreciate an honest company and honest people who are in the business to help other. When we had a problem with a new thermostat. A technician Terence came the same day and very patiently went through the programming with me.
