GoogleVery good customer service. Alfa and their installation teams worked their tails of to get me a couple of new units on two different rental properties. And they did so during the busiest time of the year in short order. The complimentary 3 and 6 month install evaluation is a nice touch. I'll call Alfa again and recommend them to others.

He was on time, did a thorough diagnosis of my issue to make sure it was a thermostat issue, which it wasn't ,but my thermostat was old so I went ahead and had him install the new one I had bought. He completed the install and put everything back in place. Friendly guy, and made some other recommendations that will help me too.

FacebookChinook has been good to our family over the years. They were the HVAC company that helped build hundreds of homes for my parents production housing company. I purchased a new home from my parents and it came with 2 complimentary services and then I signed up for a service plan. This was important to us because air conditioning is such an important piece of machinery to have working properly in the Tri-Cities. The professionals that come for the servicing are always kind, quick and honest. To add icing to the cake, there is a member of the Chinook team that lives in my neighborhood and when a neighbor was having an issue with her heating in the middle of winter he went to help on his personal time. I believe this is the best HVAC company in town.
