Great company to work with. The installers were extremely polite, answered all questions and, unlike other businesses, clean up the site when they were done. The electricians who arrived to assist with the installation were also polite, answered all questions and even cleaned the site when they were done. I’m very impressed with this company.

We had a great experience with Terence and Kendra! What we thought was a bad thermostat ended up being an even bigger problem. They came out, on an emergency call, maybe an hour after we called and were very polite and professional and got our heat on!! It was 26° outside, there was no way we were going without it. Thank you Terence and Kendra, you two are awesome. I will definitely call you back in the future if we need help again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chinook sent Terence Elenes to do our seasonal maintenance check up. He informed us about our unit declining problems with our unit and that r22 would become expensive as of next year . And due to the fact that our condenser was about to fail, We decided to get bids. We had 3 companies bids we decided to go with Chinook, Alfa gave us the best bid over all. Chinook sent Terence Elenes again to show us how to set up thermostat he was very thorough with the set up and let us do the programming so we had hands on experience. He told us everything about the unit the do's and the don'ts.
