Victorino was amazing! He was able to arrive sooner than scheduled time which worked even better for me, and was friendly, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about our HVAC. I am a new home owner and Victorino helped me choose the right plan for my HVAC being serviced. Super happy with Erin too! Her response on the phone is excellent and she too is very knowledgeable. Overall Chinook is an outstanding company and Im pleased that they will be taking care of my new houses HVAC system, including the Ecobee thermostat.

Alpha came promptly to assess why my newly purchased HVAC system thermostat was not responding to my directions. She provided a temporary solution. Next day service tech Abraham arrived and within 1/2 hour determined the source of the problem and corrected it. I am a happy camper now...no more awakening at 3:15 AM with the house temp 74 when it set the evening before at 68.
