GoogleHave used Chinook for several years. Very good service. Antonio was particularly good. He helped me put my ceiling vent cover back on and checked the bstteries in my thermostat. It turned out they were very corroded and which could have caused a short. Certainly above and beyond. Thank you Antonio.

FacebookAntonio came today for our summer maintenance service. He was on time and wasted no time in getting started. He was very courteous, pleasant, respectful, and nice appearing. He kept us informed of what he was doing and answered any questions we had. This is our second service by Chinook and we have been pleased and satisfied with both. My expectations are high because my son is an HVAC tech who has been in the business for 20 years and I tend to compare others to him. Chinook does a great job and is a professional and top-notch company.

FacebookChinook Heating & Air sent out Alex today and he found out that our system was not fully functioning. The ducting was not fully connected to the master bedroom and bathroom. I am so thankful Alex took the time to ask questions about our problem! It led him to the real reason we were having problems!

He was clean friendly you would be glad to have him as one of your own family members! We thought we may have a problem so he had to talk to the office listening to him talk to the office once again he was professional polite and was able to communicate extremely well what was going on. He got the problem taken care of and I was more than happy. Most of their technicians that we have had over the years have all been great. Their team came to my house to clean out my ducts last week and did a great job, the two men that came were very thorough, did a great job and were very polite. After answering my questions and concerns, I felt much more informed and he even took the time to walk me through the programming of my T-Stat which was extremely helpful. Prior to finishing the service, ge was so kind to replace the special filter that I had even though it was not part of the service, I really appreciated this as climbing into the attic is not an easy task for me. As a loyal and happy customer, I will definitely continue contacting Chinook with all my HVAC needs. Please pass on my appreciation to Antonio as well as your entire Team.
