We heard a rattling noise when our system would turn on and off, Carlos was here for about 30 minutes and checked our entire system. He provided recommendations to change our filters and assured us that the rattling was just the force of the air running through our system. GoogleMy a.c. went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to get a tech out same day and he got here about 2 hours earlier than first estimated. The tech was very friendly and had a good idea what the problem was before he arrived. After testing to confirm his diagnosis (he was spot on) he fixed the problem very quickly. He even gave me a few maintenance tips to prolong the life of the system.

The parts are under warranty, but that doesn’t cover labor. The office staff is great and the techs that come out are very professional and timely. The last two times, the tech has been Ronald, and he’s been excellent; friendly, professional, hard working and knowledgeable.
