This company is phenomenal! Alfa, Julio, Pedro, Carlos, and Heriberto are amazing and incredibly hard workers. Cole is generous and kind, and literally saved us this summer. I can’t recommend them enough. Our AC system went out this spring and after calling Chinook they took such good care of us. We had an ancient relic that finally died, and they replaced it with a gorgeous, efficient, and quiet unit. The installation was done in a day, and is simple to use. Alfa was so kind to me, and I’ll never forget how much relief I felt knowing that my family wasn’t going to struggle in the heat this summer. I have experienced heat stroke twice in my lifetime, and the possibility that we wouldn’t have access to AC was terrifying. Thank you so much to everyone that has helped our family during this process, we are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done. Chinook Heating and Air is the best!

I had a problem with my mini-splits not cooling properly. Carlos from Chinook was able to diagnose and amend the problem, while also keeping me informed on the issue. This is my second time using Chinook and I would definitely use Chinook Heating & Air again.
