Very happy with the detailed report and the ‘Inspection Repair Item List’ was a nice touch to quickly see the list of suggested repairs. I was not able to be physically present at the inspection but a FaceTime update with my realtor and Tim eased all my fears

Very friendly and professional. Tim was quite ok with us being there during his inspection. We were greeted with a big warm and happy smile from him. We did hang back and tried not to bother him to much during the process. He gave us a nice overview afterwards of his report and by the time he was done we already had the report in our email ready and waiting for us. Great person to do business with, knows what he's looking at and is very thoughtful of his clients. Great experience learned a lot about the house and would highly recommend you use this man. Almost forgot he even switches shoes throughout the house or removes them completely.

Our inspector, Tim Damm, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we pulled up, Tim was extremely friendly and genuinely excited for us and our potential future home. He brought a little kit with coffee, tea, and snacks and went above and beyond not only with his inspection but also with making us feel comfortable while we waited to hear the report. His inspection was very thorough and the report he gave was in depth. We appreciated that he took his time making sure we understood each of the items on the report and the potential fixes recommended. Tim was very detailed in his inspection report. He took great photos of everything noted and then went over everything he found during the inspection with us. He answered all of our questions.
